COMMERCIAL WINDOW CLEANING

Boston Window & Safety is the premiere window cleaning service within 100 miles of Boston. We are expert window cleaners and offer both commercial window cleaning, and institutional window cleaning.

Let us make your building look pristine. We are able to clean all of the buildings on your site; this includes historic buildings and buildings that are hard to reach. Our staff is comprised of experienced high-rise window cleaners that have also been trained in self-rescue.

ROOFTOP FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS

We design and install permanent Fall Protection Systems & Horizontal Life Line Systems, including both hands free or double lanyard, used in window cleaning systems and façade maintenance work.

INSPECTION / CERTIFICATION/ RE-CERTIFICATION

We offer Roof Anchor Load Testing (Certification) and Visual Inspection Services: Roof anchors must be visually inspected on an annual basis, by a “competent person”, as described by OSHA, and load tested (re-certified) every ten years.

SAFETY RAIL SALES & RENTALS

Designed to prevent falls and reduce injuries, we provide counter weighted, Safety Rail sales and rentals. We can design, set up and remove safety rails for your roof. We can also provide permanent installed safety rails. Should you need fixed or counter-weighted safety rails, we can design the layout and install them, with minimal disruption to your building’s operation.

FIXED LADDER INSTALLATION & MODIFICATIONS

CUSTOM LADDER DESIGN & LADDER INSPECTIONS

OSHA has recently released new rules on safety. The ruling is over 750 pages long – way too much for a typical person to absorb. Let us visit your site and inspect your stationary ladders and recommend any fixes to your current system or if necessary, any replacements.
